Just Chillin
Well its been a hard few days, visited the Australian Museum which had a good floor on the indigenous (Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders) people of Australia. It was really interesting to learn about their culture / beliefs.
Yesterday their was a musical festival on in the botanical gardens, been poor backpackers we didnt go in but sat in the gardens and listened to the music!
Last night (Saturday) we had a leaving party for Catherine who is in our hostel, but now has a 6 month au pair job (complete with car & swimming pool). We had a meal then went to the local bar.

Tim,
You look as though you are enjoying the local grog from the evidence in the pictures, just remember it is frowned upon to go behind the bar and give the female staff hugs in Australia just as it was frowned upon in Blackpool!
As you can tell I am back from sunny Florida to the cold UK, oh how I envy you!!
In my quest to make scratch before you return you will be glad to know I averaged 3 shots below my handicap while playing on hoilday only another 17 to go then! A piece of cake!
